Best NASA photos over past 50 years

Compiled by Discover Magazine, and not yours truly.

The source of most of these photos comes from NASA’s Earth as Art exhibit, “A collection of Landsat 7 scenes created for aesthetic purposes rather than scientific interpretation.”

There is an Earth as Art I, and Earth as Art II, both hosted at the US Geological Survey’s website.
